Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with a minimum of 3 years of application/software sales experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential customers, understanding their business needs, and promoting ERP solutions such as Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, or other enterprise applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Identify and develop new business opportunities for ERP and other business application solutions.
· Approach potential customers through calls, emails, meetings, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
· Understand customer business requirements and coordinate with the ERP Functional/Pre-Sales team for solution demonstrations and proposals.
· Present ERP solutions, product benefits, and value propositions to customers.
· Manage the sales cycle from lead generation, qualification, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closing.
· Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and sales documentation.
· Work closely with ERP functional consultants, technical teams, and project teams to ensure smooth customer handover after deal closure.
· Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
· Achieve assigned sales targets and business development goals.
· Maintain accurate sales pipeline, customer follow-up records, and sales activity reports.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the ERP/software industry
