Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Identify potential clients, generate new leads, and follow up on sales opportunities

  • Promote and sell company products/services to existing and prospective customers

  • Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business trends and opportunities

  • Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships through effective communication and service

  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to clients

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company policies with many consignees 

  • Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and set up promotions, campaigns, and events (e.g., pop-up stores, trade fairs, school events)

  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts using company systems (Excel, CRM, etc.)

  • Travel to different locations (when required) for sales activities, market research, or promotional events

  • Carry out door-to-door sales activities

  • Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive working environment

  • Travel to Mandalay, Naypyitaw, Pathein, and other regions (when required) to conduct market research and manage pop-up store sales promotions

  • Working Hours                - 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday+ Saturday half day)
  • Pop Up Events                  - Saturdays and Sundays
  • Office Off day                   - Saturday Half Day + Sunday + Public Holidays (replacement off days will be given for pop up events days)

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • Proven work experience (minimum 2 years) in Sales or Business Development

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills (Intermediate level in english is a must!)

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Email

  • Willingness to travel for short business trips
