Customer Service

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with a problem-solving approach.
  • Ensure smooth service flow from order-taking to delivery.

Sales & Marketing:

  • Promote services to the customers.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets set by management.
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials and promotions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.

Team Coordination:

  • Supervise and guide front-line sales team at shop counters and delivery points.
  • Regularly check and visit front-line sales teams to ensure service quality, staff performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the operations and delivery team to ensure timely service.
  • Train new team members on sales and customer service standards.

Reporting & Admin:

  • Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
  • Provide daily/weekly sales reports to management.
  • Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements.

Flexible to work at different shop branches within Yangon based on operational needs.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in service-based industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
