About the Role
Magan Limited is a leading and growing company in Myanmar’s fire safety and technical services sector. We specialize in compressed gases, respiratory protection, firefighting systems, and scuba equipment.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executive to join our expanding team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys communicating with people, wants to build a long-term career in sales, and is eager to learn new skills.
You will work closely with the Sales Director and receive full product and sales training. Through hands-on learning, you’ll develop your confidence in talking to customers, understanding their needs, and helping them find the right solutions. Main Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Development
∙ Promote Magan’s products and services to new and existing customers.
∙ Make outbound calls (including cold calls) to introduce Magan’s products and services and generate new business opportunities.
∙ Follow up on customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
∙ Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
∙ Learn about Magan’s products in detail and explain their benefits clearly to customers.
∙ Work closely with the Sales Director to achieve team sales goals.
Customer Service & Administration
∙ Enter and process customer orders in the company system accurately.
∙ Handle inventory control and stock checks.
∙ Maintain up-to-date customer information and basic sales reports.
∙ Coordinate with the manager and technical team for smooth delivery and after-sales service.
∙ Handle customer questions politely and professionally.
∙ Assist in marketing and promotional activities (online and offline).
