- Responsible for Corporate and Travel Agent room sales for the hotel
- Clear understanding of the hotels business strategies, creating the sales targets and taking the actions
- Preparation and implementation of sales target plans
- Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales
- Represent planning various events and exhibition in Hotel
- Implements of all sales target plans
- Conducts daily sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to hotels by corporate clients
- Able to provide fast and timely responses, keep good communication with team/ hotel manager/ hotel supervisor
- Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times.
- Working together with team to get new hotel contract from travel & Tour Company
- Able to supports hotels service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience
- Develop strong relationships with team manager to ensure working in unity and work smart to achieve the sales target
- Give weekly report and monthly report to CEO.

- Any Graduate. (Must have Business Management Diploma, Marketing Diploma or relative Diploma/ Certificate)
- Must have at least 5 years of management role in Sales & Marketing of Hospitality Business
- Proficient in English (4 Skills)
- Must have strong knowledge, the hotels business strategies and creating the sales targets 
- Excellent Communication Skill, Good interpersonal skill and Proactive nature
- Must be able to travel according to business needs
- Must be expecting computer & IT skills and strong knowledge of Digital Marketing.
