  • To expand the company's retail network within assigned region
  • Supervising and guiding the sales team as well as providing incentives to motivate staff to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitoring the performance of the sales team.
  • Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers.
  • Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
  • Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Sale & Marketing Degree or equivalent level (diploma will be preferable).
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing/ Assistant Manager role (Prefer experience in FMCG, Painting, Retails Background etc.,)
  • Able to drive (Must have driving license)
  • Able to use Microsoft office such as excel, word, PowerPoint, E-mail.
  • Must be a Strong leadership with Good problem-solving skill and Good personality/ well appearance.
  • Team Player with proven ability to work under pressure
  • Client focus along with relationship building skills
