  • Manage and ensure the shop's daily opening and closing schedules are strictly followed.
  • Develop and execute effective Monthly Sales Plans to achieve target revenue goals.
  • Supervise and evaluate staff members to ensure daily individual tasks are completed effectively.
  • Implement Merchandising Strategies to attract and engage customers.
  • ​Coach and encourage team members to improve their individual sales performance.
  • Retain current client relationships while actively acquiring new customers.
  • Resolve daily operational issues and customer friction with a constructive, positive mindset.
  • ​Prepare and submit accurate Reporting & Monthly Statements on time.
  • Conduct Market Analysis to stay informed on trends and market competition.
  • ​Foster a healthy, positive, and motivating team culture through practical Team Building.
  • ​Manage operational expenses efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Maintain a proactive approach and readiness to take on new challenges.
