• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and business objectives.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the regional sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports for management.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to strengthen market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key customers.
• Ensure effective route planning, sales coverage, product availability, and distribution within the assigned region.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sales promotions and marketing activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and support demand forecasting to ensure product availability.
• Recruit, train, and develop sales team members while conducting regular performance evaluations.
• Recommend action plans to improve sales performance and expand market share.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage a large sales team.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region when required
