Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Lead the Yangon sales team to achieve sales targets, KPI performance, and execution discipline.
  • Manage regional sales performance, distribution growth, outlet coverage, and market productivity.
  • Oversee territory planning, route management, outlet servicing, and field execution quality.
  • Strengthen distributor, reseller, and key account performance through structured follow-up.
  • Identify new outlets, channel gaps, and market expansion opportunities within Yangon.
  • Ensure effective execution of promotions, display standards, merchandising, and trade visibility.
  • Analyze sales performance, identify risks and gaps, and implement corrective actions.
  • Coach sales supervisors and executives to improve selling skills, reporting discipline, customer handling, and execution accountability.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Warehouse, Finance, HR, and Operations to support smooth sales execution.
  • Submit accurate sales reports, progress updates, trackers, and action plans on time.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive sales experience, including at least 5 years in a regional or senior management role, preferably within the FMCG sector.
  • Proven ability to manage sales teams, distributors, routes, outlets, and trade execution.
  • Good understanding of Yangon market, GT/MT channels, retail, reseller, and distributor operations.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, identify performance gaps, and propose practical action plans.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good command of Excel, sales reports, dashboards, or CRM tools.
  • Able to work under pressure, follow through on commitments, and solve field issues proactively.
  • Willing to travel within Yangon and support market execution when required.
