  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (Procurement, Admin, Marketing, HR, and C-level executives) across corporate sectors.
  • Generate new business opportunities through direct outreach, networking, trade fairs, and exhibitions.
  • Identify client needs and provide tailored travel solutions using a consultative sales approach.
  • Manage the full sales cycle and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Develop sales strategies and support the Sales & Marketing team for business growth.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to position Bon Taw Travel effectively in the market.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, or the Travel Industry.
  • Strong network with Procurement, Admin, Marketing, and HR Managers from F&B, Pharmaceutical, Fertilizer, Battery, IT, and other corporate sectors.
  • Ability to connect with C-level executives and key decision-makers to secure business appointments.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive deals to closure.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and market analysis skills.
