  • Overseeing local and regional sales, promotions and campaigns

  • Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service.
  • To design and implement a successful sales strategy
  • To guide and mentor sales representatives

  • Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships. Provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas.
  • Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
  • 5 years’ experience and above related working in sales &marketing
  • Must have good knowledge of Aircon installations business.
  • Experience using CRM to manage the sakes process and forecast sales.
  • Good knowledge of different business functions.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns.
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
  • Can travel anywhere.
