  • Responsible for monitoring daily sales calls, page replies, and in-store customer sales.
  • Must be able to motivate and push the sales team when needed.
  • Must check and follow up on daily sales activities and review sales reports from team members.
  • Able to report clearly and accurately to management.
  • Responsible for ensuring the sales team meets its Sales Targets and KPIs through proper guidance and motivation.
  • Must submit daily reports consistently without fail.
