Marga Global Telecom is seeking an experienced sales manager who could provide leadership for the sales team, drive results, sales culture, accountability, sales development, and sales planning to meet targeted goals through training, coaching, and actively assisting each salesperson not only for B2B projects but also for B2C. Responsibilities
• Prepare B2B and B2C related Sales Development, Strategy and Planning
• Research, identify, communicate, follow up and co-ordinate pursuit activities in a timely for effective sales strategy
• Lead, initiate and drive sales for the company's products and solutions to achieve sales target and revenue goals
• Cooperating with Internal Teams to carry out effective sales planning, marketing and promotional sales to ensure alignment with the company’s strategies
• Manage sales team to be professional and improve their capabilities by training in order to deliver right service and effective sales to customers
• Execute Sales Plans and organizing customer care if required
• Prepare reports for sales activities, sales target by daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Be accountable for other certain works as assigned from immediate superior level
