  • Sales Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and implement short-term and long-term sales strategies aligned with company goals
  • Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs
  • Team Management
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve KPIs
  • Assign territories, targets, and responsibilities
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and sales meetings

  • Monitor daily sales activities and pipeline performance

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • MBA or professional sales certification is an advantage
  • Experience
  • Minimum 5–7 years of sales experience
  • At least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role
  • Industry experience (Real Estate / FMCG / B2B / Services) preferred
