  • To Generate DAILY basis sales reports.
  • To calculate monthly incentive Payout based on Achievement for sales partner
  • To create and update the reports of the sales activities for Management and required department that need to push for reaching sales
     target achievement (daily, weekly, monthly reports and ad-hoc request)
  • To cooperate with related teams for issue alignment of report data.
  • Analysis Sales data for impact analysis of promotion or incident
  • Understand business needs and objectives
  • Develop strategies with effective data analysis and reporting
  • Make sales Forecast & Actual reporting 
  • Reporting optimization
  • Accurate worker and keep on time.
  • Ability to strong Communication, Teamwork, Responsibility

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Statistics, MathematicsComputer Science is required
  • Experience in analysis for some industry.
  • It is better that experienced industry is tele-communication company
  • To deep analysis, Strong background in statistical modelling and experience with machine learning/ data mining tools such as SQL, Excel.
  • Good to have: working experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Good to have: sales experience to engage distribution channels
  • Good to have: Negotiation and communication skills
  • Office 365 Excel (High level)
  • Analytical capacity (High level)
  • Database Knowledge :SQL (Middle level), basic understanding of Python & Microsoft Access
  • English skill (Middle level)
