  • To handle Complaints related with customers ,sales partners, staffs & products
  • To manage and support channel sales partners to achieve weekly, monthly and yearly sales targets
  • To Educate and Motivate Sales Supervisors and Staffs to improve sales skills , staffs’ motivation to get area achievements from both existing and new sales channel & partner.
  • To analyze sales performance by data and consider the countermeasure.
  • Project management for new service and system (FFS/PSTN Migration/Regionalization/FTTB/VOIP and so on)

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor's Graduate
  • Minimum 3 years and above sales Experience.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc).

  • Prefer Technical Background (FTTH Overview)  

  • Training Skills, Problem Solving Skills, Data Analysis skill

  • Communication Skills

  • Negotiation Skill

  • Proficient in English (Verbally and written)
