Departmental Leadership: Exercise complete operational oversight of our After Sales Service Department.
Section Management: Oversee three primary sections: Service Maintenance, Vehicle Preparation & PDI, and Spare Parts & Inventory.
Quality & CSI: Drive technical repair excellence and continuously track and improve our Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
Training Leadership: Design and implement technical and customer service training programs specializing in advanced EV technologies.

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering ( AGTI / BE )
Experience:  10+ years of management experience in automotive and Heavy machinery after-sales, preferably with ICE and EV brands.
Technical Skills: Strong (both Heavy machinery & Automobile) proficiency in modern automotive diagnostic tools
Computer Skills: Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
Languages:  fluency in both English and Myanmar.
