Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Answering customer questions and helping them find specific items.
Responsibilities in taking customer orders, processing payments, and managing shipments, returns, and warranties.
Processing payments, returns and exchanges according to company policies.
Prepare monthly payment due report and submit to finance team according as per company policy.
Check and confirm the daily sales orders with sales team members and prepare daily sales record.
Complete the additional task that was assigned by Manager or Assistant Manager.

Job Requirements

Can use (Word, Advance Excel, Email & Internet)
Must have at least 1 year of working experience. (more preferred in experienced with spare parts sales)
Good knowledge of agricultural spare parts sales.
Great communication and problem-solving skills and team working skills.
Must have the interpersonal skills and willing to learn.
