We will be recruiting for this position at the upcoming JobNATION job fair Yangon on 21st-March-2026 at Novotel Hotel Yangon.

A Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the sales team, monitoring performance, supporting team members, and ensuring sales targets are achieved.

 

  • Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
  • Ensure excellent customer service by resolving client concerns and complaints.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and sales activities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate 
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams effectively.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
  • Thorough understanding of Yangon map and each township for creating effective sale route plans
  • Ability to drive vehicles (both bikes and cars) with a valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to use computers (Microsoft Office, excel and)
