Job Description

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team memberFoster a positive and collaborative sales culture.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to set sales targets and action plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Monitor individual and team performance against sales targets.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met.
  • Provide product training to the sales team.
  • Ensure team members can effectively communicate product information to clients.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving sales performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies.
  • Assist in the development of the sales budget.
  • Monitor and manage expenses to ensure budget compliance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least (3) years’ experience in related field.
  • Proven experience in sales with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
