Key Responsibilities

•  Promote and sell general insurance products through assigned bank branches
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Conduct regular visits and maintain strong relationships with bank staff (tellers, relationship managers, branch managers)
• Provide product training and updates to bank partners to improve sales effectiveness
• Support customers in completing insurance applications and documentation
• Ensure proper follow-up on leads generated from bank channels
• Handle customer inquiries and provide suitable insurance solutions based on customer needs
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and bancassurance agreements
• Participate in marketing campaigns, roadshows, and promotional activities within bank branches

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
• Experience in insurance sales, banking, or financial services (preferred 1–3 years)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven mindset with target orientation
• Good understanding of insurance products (life/general)
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with banking partners
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Willing to travel to assigned bank branches if required
