- Achievement for monthly sales target.

- Action for monthly sale activities and daily update report.

- Finding new customers and sales opportunities for profit. Gather and understand market information including competition to share and feed to related company functions.

- Manage sales Respectives and promoters and daily operations.Supervise the day-to-day activities of sales promoters and participate SR in the sale of products.

- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.

- Able to coach sales staff and promoters well.

- Implement and manage sales initiatives to support the Business growth

- Monitor and evaluate sales performance, providing regular feedback to team

- Assist in training new sales team members.

- Ensure high standards of customer service, addressing customer inquiries and complaints promptly

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales, merchandising, and inventory management.

- Oversee visual merchandising and product displays to maximize sales potential.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, pricing, and sales activities

- Prepare the sales and inventory reports to re-order.

- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies and plans.

- Participate in seasonal campaign and other marketing events.

Job Requirements

(1) Any graduate or Bachelor's degree Holder.

(2) At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role or more’ experience in Retail Sales field. 

(3) Age between (25) to (35).

(4) Good leadership skills and communication skills.

(5) Can be able to use Microsoft office (Excel, Word and Power Point).

(6) Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful sales teams.

(7) Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

(8) Strong knowledge of Skin care and Health care.

(9) Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

(10) Must be able to travel.
