Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned by Management.
  • Promote and sell company pharmaceutical products to customers, wholesalers, retailers, clinics, pharmacies, and hospitals.
  • Expand market coverage and identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop strong customer relationships and maintain regular visits.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer demands.
  • Submit market feedback and sales reports regularly to Management.
  • Plan route coverage and sales activities effectively.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and account reconciliation if required.
  • Follow company policies, SOPs, and compliance standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Science / Pharmacy / Business related degree is an advantage.
  • Age between 25 to 35 years (preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years sales experience for Supervisor level.
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical or FMCG industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Target-oriented and result-driven mindset.
  • Able to work under pressure and travel frequently.
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Email).
  • Active, energetic, smart, and enthusiastic.
