  • ပစ္စည်းများကို အချိန်မီ၊ မှန်ကန်စွာ ပို့ဆောင်နိုင်ရန် ပို့ဆောင်မှုအစီအစဉ်များ ဆွဲဆောင်ရန်
  • အထွက်စာရင်း (Dispatch Note) နှင့် Picking List များကို စစ်ဆေးပြီး တိကျမှုရှိကြောင်း အတည်ပြုရန်
  • ကားများ (Fleet) ကို နေ့စဉ် စီမံခန့်ခွဲပြီး ရှိသမျှ Resources (Driver, Fuel, Route) ကို ထိရောက်စွာ အသုံးပြုရန်
  • Delivery အောင်မြင်မှု၊ On-Time Delivery % တို့ကို စောင့်ကြည့်ပြီး Daily Report တင်ရန်
  • Warehouse နှင့် စပ်လျဉ်းပြီး Loading / Unloading အဆင့်ဆင့်မှာ ပစ္စည်းပျက်စီးမှုမဖြစ်အောင် စစ်ဆေးရန်
  • POD (Proof of Delivery) များ၊ Return Goods စာရင်းများကို စုဆောင်းပြီး Accountant နှင့် Reconcile လုပ်ရန်
  • Driver & Helper များအား စည်းကမ်းထိန်းသိမ်းရန်၊ Training ပေးရန်
  • Customer များ၏ Complain များကို အမြန်ဖြေရှင်းရန်
  • ပစ္စည်းထိခိုက်/ပျောက်ဆုံးမှုများ ဖြစ်ပေါ်ပါက အစီရင်ခံစာတင်ရန်
  • Logistic Manager ထံ တိုက်ရိုက်တင်သွင်း၍ သတင်းအချက်အလက် တိကျမှန်ကန်စွာ Report ပေးရန်

Job Requirements

  • ဘွဲ့ရရှိပြီးသူဖြစ်၍ sale နှင့်သက်ဆိုင်သော certificate (သို့မဟုတ်) diploma ရရှိပြီးသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Sale Supervisor ရာထူးဖြင့် လုပ်သက် ၂နှစ်ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။ FMCG field မှဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & E-mail တို့အား အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
  • Leadership, Team Building, Problem Solving & Communication Skill များ ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
