We are looking for a highly curious, organized, and proactive Research Executive to work directly with our Founder.
This is not a typical office job. You will become part of the Founder’s Office, supporting content creation, business research, market intelligence, and strategic projects.

• Research topics for the Founder’s vlogs, speeches, interviews, and social media.
• Gather reliable information, statistics, trends, and case studies.
• Prepare concise research briefs before filming.
• Monitor Myanmar and international real estate, business, technology, investment, and economic trends.
• Suggest new vlog topics based on current events and audience interests.
• Assist in script preparation and presentation flow.
• Fact-check all content before publication.
• Organize research materials, references, and knowledge databases.
• Attend meetings, events, and site visits with the Founder when required.
• Support special strategic projects assigned by the Founder.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Creative, and Media teams to ensure accurate content.

• Bachelor’s degree (any relevant field).
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Strong written English and Myanmar.
• Able to summarize complex information into simple insights.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects.
• Curious mindset with a passion for continuous learning.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and AI tools such as ChatGPT.
• Able to maintain strict confidentiality.
