Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and documents within deadlines.
  • Manage executive calendar, contacts, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle expense reports and coordinate travel logistics.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
  • Perform administrative duties including correspondence, filing, and visitor coordination.
  • Manage calls, screen communications, and respond on behalf of leadership.
  • Compile monthly reports and executive summaries.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Support leadership requests and ensure timely follow-up in their absence.
  • Process SAP tasks, including purchase orders.
  • Coordinate team meetings and company events (virtual and in-person)
