. Design, implement, and manage enterprise security solutions including Firewalls, IDS/IPS, WAF, SIEM, EDR/XDR, IAM/PAM, and DLP platforms.
. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in cybersecurity domains such as Network Security, Endpoint Security, Application Security, Cloud Security, and Identity & Access Management.
. Lead security reviews for new technologies, projects, and infrastructure changes to ensure security best practices are integrated from the design phase.
. Manage vulnerability assessment activities, remediation tracking, and risk prioritization.

. Develop and enhance SIEM use cases, correlation rules, and threat detection capabilities.

. Develop automation scripts and SOAR workflows to improve security operations efficiency.
. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to security team members.
. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry security standards.
. Create and maintain security documentation, architecture diagrams, policies, and standard operating procedures.
 

. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
. Minimum 5 years of cybersecurity or security engineering experience.
. Minimum 3 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, or a regulated industry.
. Strong hands-on experience with security technologies such as Firewalls, SIEM, EDR/XDR, WAF, IAM/PAM, and DLP.
. Solid knowledge of network security, threat detection, vulnerability management, and incident response.
. Experience with scripting and automation using Python, PowerShell, or similar tools.
. Strong understanding of Windows, Linux, TCP/IP, cryptography, and security architecture.
. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GCIA, ITIL, or equivalent are preferred.
. Knowledge of ISO 27001, PCI DSS, NIST Frameworks, and cloud security (AWS, Azure, Huawei Cloud) is an advantage.
