Deliver day-to-day application support through structured incident analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution, ensuring business users receive timely and effective guidance.
Monitor application performance and availability proactively, escalate critical issues to the appropriate teams, and follow through until full resolution is achieved.
Coordinate with business users, regional IT teams, vendors, and support partners to facilitate application changes, enhancements, and problem resolution within agreed service levels.
Administer user access management, role assignments, and application configurations in strict compliance with company policies and internal control requirements.
Lead and participate in testing activities including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and post-implementation validation to ensure application quality and readiness.
Develop and maintain comprehensive application support documentation, user guides, work instructions, and support records that enable knowledge sharing and operational consistency.
Support application rollouts, system upgrades, data validation, user training, and business process improvement initiatives to drive continuous operational advancement.
Ensure all incidents, service requests, and change requests are managed in accordance with IT service management processes and delivered within agreed timelines.
Serve as the primary application support focal point for assigned systems, guiding users on correct system usage and reinforcing compliance with standard processes.
Identify recurring issues and proactively recommend practical solutions that contribute to continuous improvement across application operations.
Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
Additional certification or training in IT service management, application support, database or reporting tools, or project coordination is an advantage.
Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in IT application support, business application operations, system implementation support, or related IT support roles.
Demonstrated experience supporting business users, coordinating with vendors, managing service requests and incidents, preparing documentation, and participating in testing or system rollout activities.
Experience in distribution, logistics, sales, finance, supply chain, or shared service application environments is an advantage.
Good understanding of business applications, application support processes, incident management, change management, and user access administration.
Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Distribution Management Systems (DMS), reporting, workflow, or other enterprise application environments is preferred.
Basic knowledge of databases, Structured Query Language (SQL) queries, application interfaces, data validation, and reporting concepts.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Able to work effectively with local business users, regional IT teams, and external vendors in a structured and service-oriented manner.
