  • To record daily income and payment to Accounting store
  • Prepare required General ledger, Journal Entries.
  • Prepare AR/AP weekly/monthly report.
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and financial reports
  • and associate notes.
  • Prepare documents for filling.
  • Ground stock. Chocking.
  • Assist internal control procedures.
  • Ad-hoc duties assign by CA.

Job Requirements

  • Proficient in using accounting software for daily accounting operations.

  • Experience with Odoo software will be an added advantage.

  • Strong computer literacy with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

  • Ability to work across different business structures and adapt to various processes.

  • Good team player with strong collaboration and communication skills.
