Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Receives completed sales orders from sales admin; verifies accuracy and completeness of all required information including current pricing, bandwidth upgrade, extensions, discounts applied, etc.
Generate invoice and send out to the customer on time
Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared
Perform daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank deposits, updating and distribution of cash receipt logs, and posting of cash to the accounts receivable sub-ledger
Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting clients via telephone, email, and mail
Contact clients for payment resolution and negotiate payment arrangements as and when necessary
Prepare analytical and ratio analysis in relation to A/R for management to gain a better understanding of how collection efforts are progressing
Strong knowledge of Deferred Revenue, Unbilled Accounts Receivable, Incentive calculation for the commercial team, Revenue Sharing etc.
Support Credit Controller, other accounting and finance team members, inventory management, cost accounting etc.
Other ad-hoc assigned by senior members from time to time

Job Requirements

A minimum of 5 years’ experience as AR specialist or senior accounts receivable preferably in similar industry
Bachelor's degree in B.Com , B.Act or ACCA Part 3.
Good knowledge of local tax laws (Commercial Tax, Withholding Tax etc.)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Google drive, use of SAP Business One.
Ability to keep company and partner confidences
Superb time management and detail
Strong organizational and stress management skills.
Ability to work independently.
