Job Description

  • Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

  • Responsible for payment sections of factories.

  • Cash in/out; Handling of money transfer matters and bank accounts.

  • Draw up money channels and manage cash flows and payments.

  • Preparing financial analyses and reports.
  • Preparing revenue projections and forecasting expenditure.
  • Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets.
  • Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
  • Assisting with annual audit preparations.
  • Performing other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned.
  • Check and analysis the costing base on the daily production.
  • Communicate and support any variance standard vs actual costing.
  • Prepare the monthly forecast and analysis and review with the Managers
  • Check the inventory both raw materials and finished goods.
  • Maintains financial security by establishing inter controls,
  • Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
  • Minimum 4 years of accounting experience.
  • Strong financial analysis skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and stress management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel.
  • Ability to train and manage staff.
  • Ability to work with little to no supervision.
