Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
At least 5–8 years of experience in application analysis, support, or related roles.
Proven experience with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRMS).
Proficiency in programming languages, database management (SQL), and system integration.
Familiarity with ITSM tools, cloud platforms, and application monitoring solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
