Event Planning & Execution Develop and implement event activation strategies in alignment with brand objectives.

  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and experiential marketing events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Manage event budgets, logistics, and on-ground operations

Agency Management

  • Coordinate with creative, media, and activation agencies to develop and execute brand campaigns.
  • Evaluate agency performance, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution of campaigns.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors and partners.

BTL Marketing & Activations

  • Plan and execute BTL activities, including in-store promotions, roadshows, sampling programs, and brand engagement campaigns.
  • Ensure brand visibility and consistency across all BTL touchpoints.
  • Monitor and optimize BTL campaigns to maximize effectiveness.

POSM Visibility Drive

  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance brand presence at retail and trade outlets.
  • Ensure proper placement and visibility of POSM materials across sales channels.
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure POSM deployment aligns with brand objectives.

Performance Tracking & Analysis

  • Track and analyze activation performance metrics, consumer engagement, and campaign ROI.
  • Prepare detailed reports on activation impact and provide insights for future planning.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications or coursework in project management, event planning, or digital marketing are a plus.
  • Continual learning and staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies are essential for professional development.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, brand activation, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully planning, executing, and optimizing activation campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
