Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing activities and campaigns
  • Assists in the development of annual brand plan, promotion calendar, sales and marketing plans.
  • Coordinate and execute various marketing initiatives, such as events, consumer promotions, and outlets activation.
  • Strong experienced in sale development, channel marketing, event management, event planning and outlets activation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, trade marketing, finance, supply chain, procurement and manufacturing to ensure alignment of marketing efforts
  • Control marketing budget align with marketing plan.
  • Market Data Analysis, performance tracking and prepare report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, POSMs and premium items, etc..
  • Assists in managing the development of new and existing products and programs to grow sales and market share.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed of industry trends and best practices
  • Provide support to brand manager as needed.
  • Sale Development, Channel Marketing, Event Planning, Management & Outlets Activation
  • Overall responsibility Control of annual brand expense within the fixed budget.
  • Implementing & Evaluation marketing activities as per brand plan.

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English
  • Have creative thinking, strong analytical skills, and problem solving skills
  • Good inter-personal & communication skills.
  • Good initiative and administrative skill.
  • Good Presentation skills and well usage of Microsoft Excels & PowerPoint skills
  • Bachelor's Degree and preferred Diploma in Marketing
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years in sales & marketing experience.
  • Having Experience in F&B, FMCG industry and Activation background would be an advantage
