  • Lead technical implementation, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of enterprise solutions.
  • Review solution designs and ensure project quality and technical compliance.
  • Provide technical consultation, customer support, and user training.
  • Support pre-sales activities and coordinate with sales and project teams.
  • Prepare technical documentation and manage implementation schedules.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and resolve technical issues.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in ICT, Enterprise Solutions, System Integration, or Infrastructure projects.
  • Professional networking or vendor certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, HCIA/HCIP, or equivalent) are an advantage.

Skills

  • Networking, servers, storage, CCTV, UPS, data center infrastructure, troubleshooting, and project implementation.
