Human Resources

  • Handle recruitment, selection, and onboarding of staff and labor (site workers, designers, engineers, etc.).

  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR database.

  • Manage payroll, attendance, and leave records.

  • Develop HR policies, SOPs, and ensure compliance with labor laws.

  • Conduct performance evaluations and support employee development.

  • Handle staff relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

Administration

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supplies, maintenance, and IT coordination.

  • Manage staff accommodation, transportation, and labor welfare at project sites.

  • Support project teams with manpower coordination.

  • Handle company correspondence, filing, and documentation.

  • Assist management in organizing company events, training, and meetings.

  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR/Admin (preferably in construction, interior decoration, or related industry).
  • Knowledge of Myanmar labor law and HR best practices.
  • Experience handling both staff and site labor is an advantage.
