Handle recruitment, selection, and onboarding of staff and labor (site workers, designers, engineers, etc.).
Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR database.
Manage payroll, attendance, and leave records.
Develop HR policies, SOPs, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Conduct performance evaluations and support employee development.
Handle staff relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Administration
Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supplies, maintenance, and IT coordination.
Manage staff accommodation, transportation, and labor welfare at project sites.
Support project teams with manpower coordination.
Handle company correspondence, filing, and documentation.
Assist management in organizing company events, training, and meetings.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
