Education & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
HR certifications (e.g., Diploma in HRM or SHRM equivalent) are an advantage.
Experience
Minimum 5–7 years of progressive HR and administration experience.
Proven leadership experience in managing multi-branch or multi-brand companies.
Strong knowledge of Myanmar labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong people management and conflict resolution abilities.
Sound knowledge of payroll, recruitment, and performance management systems.
High level of confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS tools.
Good command of English and Myanmar languages (verbal & written).
