About the Role

Are you passionate about ERP implementation and digital transformation? Join our team as a Senior IT Coordinator (ERP) and play a key role in leading our migration to Odoo ERP, optimizing business processes, and driving digital innovation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Odoo ERP implementation and customization
  • Analyze business requirements and improve workflows
  • Develop and maintain Odoo modules
  • Design Electronic Approval Workflows
  • Perform ERP data migration and system integration
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Go-Live, and end-user training
  • Troubleshoot and continuously improve ERP performance

Job Requirements

✅ Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

✅ Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Odoo ERP Development or Implementation

✅ Good communication skills in English

✅ Strong knowledge of:

  • Python
  • PostgreSQL
  • Odoo Framework
  • API Integration
  • ERP Data Migration

✅ Experience with:

  • Purchasing, Sales, Inventory, Accounting & CRM Modules
  • Business Process Analysis
  • Workflow Automation
  • Odoo Customization

✅ Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
