Key Responsibilities:

• Workflow Execution: Facilitate the day-to-day progress of tasks, ensuring the approval chain remains fluid.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, status reports, and centralized data logs.
• Schedule Coordination: Organize meetings, ad-hoc reservations, and site visits for group-wide rollouts.
• Data Validation: Ensure that data entry and system inputs from various modules are consistent and accurate for reporting.
• Administrative Support: Assist the PM in tracking project expenses and vendor deliverables.
• Test Case Development: Translate the Business Requirement Document (BRD) into detailed Test Cases. Create step-by-step scenarios to verify logic (e.g., "If Car Type is X, does the total repair cost calculate correctly?").
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Coordination: Organize and lead testing sessions with branch staff and PGAD users. Ensure all functional requirements—from Petrol Control to CBM Reporting—are tested by the actual end-users.
• Defect Tracking: Identify, document, and track "bugs" or system errors found during testing. Coordinate with vendors or IT to ensure fixes are implemented before the final launch.
• Data Integrity & Maintenance: Ensure the accuracy of data entry for Fixed Assets and Inventory logs, especially during the data migration phase of new systems.
• Logistics & Reporting: Coordinate car arrangements and GPS tracking reports, while maintaining version-controlled project documentation and meeting minutes.

Job Specification

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT.
• Experience: 3–5 years in project coordination or Software Quality Assurance (QA).
• Skills:
  • Testing Logic: Ability to write clear Test Cases and Bug Reports.
  • Analytical Detail: High attention to detail to spot discrepancies between the BRD and the actual system behavior.
  • Organization: Proficiency in Excel for managing test logs, asset lists, and "Stop Balance" records.
• Preferred: ISTQB Foundation Level certification or experience with automated testing tools.

Candidates with practical experience in the following will be prioritized:

• Logic Verification: Experience in testing financial calculation logic (e.g., Book Value, Depreciation, or CIV Limit triggers).
• Hardware/System Testing: Familiarity with testing GPS tracking accuracy or CCTV/Call Center (Amayo) system integrations.
