The role holder is responsible for managing overall FX position and dealing daily FX products (Spot, Forward, Swap) with customers and counter parties within allocated with a view to address the asset/liabilities needs, executing Money Market transactions with counter parties by following internal rule and regulations. The role holder is responsible for managing overall funding requirements, liquidity position and interest rate exposure. Forecast and identify the market direction by continuously analysing and monitoring all the current financial market information available. The role holder is also responsible for assisting ad-hoc projects and additional duties assigned by DVCGM and VCGM of Treasury from time to time.

• Grow FX and MM business aggressively to increase client coverage and maximize Treasury fee income
• Manage the Client Management Process (CMP) that focuses on client acquisition and deepening existing relationships through the thoughtful identification of client needs
• Work closely with branches/ SMEs/ Wholesale Banking Units to identify new clients and opportunities
• Dealing Foreign Exchange Transaction (Spot and Forward), Money Market Borrowing and Lending transactions (MMK, USD and other FCY allowed by CBM) with local, foreign banks and corporate/clients
• Analyzing market data to take advantage on dealing FX for customers & interbank, Money Market and Interbank products daily
• Formulate and implement the dealing strategy and supervise the trading activities
• Managing the settlement process for FX and Money Market deals
• Ensure trading is undertaken within the set parameters, the bank's internal controls and regulatory guidelines
• Work under pressure with problem solving skills and ability to work effectively as part of team and autonomously
• Perform the role of strong mentor to develop the required skills sets and competencies within the team
• Contribute to developing team-spirit among peers, supervisors and subordinates
• Special projects as specified by Treasurer/ senior management

• Bachelor's degree in related field, such as finance, economics, banking and business degrees
• Minimum 5~7 years in related field
• Excellent communication skills required
• Self driven and goal oriented
