Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Develop and implement strategies for optimal fleet utilization, maximizing revenue trips while minimizing idle time.
Generate transport orders, assign trips, and manage invoicing for completed jobs.
Coordinate with drivers, helpers, and clients to ensure timely and efficient trip execution.
Track and analyze truck utilization and operational efficiency using fleet management tools.
Provide guidance and support to Logistics Officers (Operations) and oversee trip cost advances and resettlements.
Monitor the cost and revenue of each trip, reviewing and reporting findings to the Fleet Manager.
Prepare and present operational reports highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
Ensure all operational activities adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or fleet operations.
Proven experience in fleet planning, job scheduling, and operational management.
Proficiency in MS Office and fleet management software.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
