Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

• Manage and process Import License applications and related import/export documentation.
• Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documents including Bill of Lading (B/L), Import Declaration (ID), Export Declaration (ED), Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin (COO), Form E, and other required documents.
• Operate the Trade Net System and process Importer/Exporter (IE) Card applications and renewals.
• Handle PATHAKA (000a) applications and coordinate with relevant government authorities
• Apply for and renew business-related licenses and permits.
• Classify products using the correct HS Code and ensure compliance with customs regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping lines, and government agencies to ensure smooth import operations.
• Maintain accurate documentation, filing systems, and logistics records.
• Prepare reports and support internal departments with logistics-related documentation.

Job Requirements

• Any Graduation or preferable Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in importexport, logistics, customs clearance, or shipping documentation.

• Proficient in Trade Net System and IE Card application procedures.
• Strong skill of Import License, PATHAKA (voJa) procedures, and other business relative license applications.
• Excellent understanding of Import Documentation, HS Code, Form E, Bill of Lading (B/L), Import Declaration (ID, Export Declaration (ED), and customs clearance processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Google Suite).
• Fast and accurate typing skills in Myanmar and English.
• Strong documentation and record management skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English is an advantage.
• Able to work independently, under pressure, and meet deadlines.
