• Developing retail banking strategy to grow retail banking loan portfolio. • Achieving the target set by senior management. • Managing retail team and giving direction to achieving the goal by supervising and providing necessary trainings. • Developing and maintain good relationships with key partners (such as developers and auto showrooms). • Developing a network to promote bank’s products and services. • Retail banking product developments and enhancements. • Cross selling and up-selling banking products based on the customer data base. • Collaborate with internal departments to improve retail banking products and services. • Solving customer complaints with effective manner.

• Any degree (or) M.B.A.• Banking experience 5 years in retail field. • Fluent English is required. • Computer literate. • Management and problem-solving skills are required.
