Main Duties and Responsibilities 

Business Development

• Coordinate with branch managers, relationship managers and insurance partner to achieve insurance sales targets.
• Support branches, RMs and insurance partner representatives on daily business activities and promoting insurance products to B2B corporate customers.
• Assist in executing sales campaigns and promotional programs.
• Follow up branches and RMs to achieve assigned B2B corporate sales targets.
• Expand insurance penetration across existing corporate customers and acquire new business opportunities for life, health, group life, employee benefits and general insurance products.

Relationship Management

• Maintain strong working relationships with insurance partners and internal Department stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with Corporate Banking Relationship Managers (RMs) to generate quality insurance referrals and premiums.
• Support corporate clients throughout the insurance sales process to ensure high service standards.

Performance Monitoring

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reporting
• Monitor the RMs corporate performance and update sales tracking reports
• Highlight sales gaps and escalate issues to the line manager.

Customer Service

• Support branches and RMs in handling customer inquiries related to insurance products
• Assist in resolving customer service issues with the insurance partner
• Ensure timely follow- up on customer requests and complaints.

Job specification

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Corporate Banking, Bancassurance, Insurance Sales, or Relationship Management.
• Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets.
• Experience working with corporate clients and cross-functional teams is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic sales and customer relationship skills.
• Good coordination and teamwork.
• Analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of banking and insurance products
