Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to support new product development, pricing strategy, customer demand assessment, and business opportunity identification.
  • Perform regular competitor benchmarking and market scanning.
  • Analyze customer trends, pricing trends, and sector opportunities.
  • Prepare market feasibility reports for new products.
  • Collect feedback from branch, sales, and customer channels.
  • Support product team with business insight recommendations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 to 4 years of market research experience.
