Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Prepare and submit FDA application documents as instructed.
  • Prepare and submit HS Code application documents.
  • Check submitted documents for completeness before submission.
  • Maintain records of FDA approvals, HS Codes, licenses, and related documents.
  • Monitor expiry dates and renewal schedules of licenses and registrations.

  • Review shipping documents against internal requirements.
  • Verify information in Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, and other shipping documents.
  • Identify missing, inaccurate, or inconsistent information in documents and coordinate with suppliers to obtain corrections or additional supporting documents.
  • Organize and maintain shipment document files.
  • Maintain proper filing of import, regulatory, and shipping documents.
  • Update document tracking logs and submission status records.
  • Scan, archive, and organize documents in both physical and electronic filing systems.
  • Support document retrieval during audits or internal reviews.
  • Prepare routine reports and document status updates.
  • Assist with data entry and record maintenance.
  • Perform other documentation and administrative duties assigned by the manager/team leader

Job Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 1–2 years of working experience in import/export documentation, or related fields.
  • Fresh graduates with strong administrative and documentation skills may also be considered.
  • Relevant certifications in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Import & Export Operations, or Customs Procedures will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Able to handle repetitive documentation and administrative tasks accurately.
