Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Conduct Cost Estimation and Feasibility Studies based on project drawings.
  • Prepare Tender Documents, Bills of Quantities (BoQ), and Contracts.
  • Handle Subcontractor/Supplier Selection, Procurement, and Contract Negotiation.
  • Manage Project Cost Control, Budget Monitoring, and Variation Orders (VO).
  • Prepare Monthly Progress Reports, Cash Flow Forecasts, and Final Accounts.
  • Analyze Commercial Risks and provide advice on Claims and Disputes.
  • Perform Work Done Valuation, Subcontractor Payment Checking, and Final Account Settlement.

Job Requirements

  • Civil / BE (Civil) or related discipline.
  • Preferably with 5 - 10 years of QS experience for Senior QS Position, and at Cost Control, or Site experience.
  • Strong skills in BoQ preparation, measurement, and cost analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and documentation skills.
  • Responsible, able to meet deadlines, and work efficiently.
