- Conduct site surveys and assess project requirements.
- Review technical specifications, tender documents, BOQs, and client requirements.
- Prepare and review technical drawings and related documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, consultants, and internal departments.
- Support elevator and escalator installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and resolve site-related issues.
- Prepare technical reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Ensure all technical activities comply with safety, quality, and project standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related engineering field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in elevator, escalator, or building services engineering is preferred.
  • Experience in site surveys, technical specification review, and drawing preparation.
  • Able to review tender documents, technical specifications, and client requirements.
  • Experience coordinating with suppliers, clients, and internal departments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Auto CAD , 2D, 3D  knowledge is an added advantage.
