Job Description

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing Sales & Marketing team
  • Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
  • Understand client requirements and propose appropriate software solutions (Websites & Custom Software Development)
  • Guide the team to effectively cross-sell and up-sell IT products and services
  • Set sales targets, create strategic plans, and improve overall conversion rates
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demos, and negotiations
  • Collaborate closely with development and project teams to ensure solution alignment
  • Prepare accurate weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis
  • Maintain smooth communication and strong teamwork with internal departments
  • Travel when necessary for client meetings, events, and exhibitions

Job Requirements

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in Software / Digital Solutions Sales
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related fields (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Website Development, Software Development, and IT Solutions
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage sales pipelines and effectively lead a team
  • Good knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and lead management
  • Fast learner, able to understand new digital tools and technologies
  • Highly self-motivated, result-oriented, and a strategic thinker
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration
