We are looking for motivated, result-oriented, and responsible individuals to join our growing team.
Develop and expand the sales market- reach across all regions covered.
Manage overall sales strategy and execution for the Zone to meet targets.
Oversee distribution channels and ensure smooth logistics operations for Agri-Inputs.
Supervise and provide guidance to Regional Managers within the Zone.
Analyze market trends, competition, and customer demand to identify opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers, distributors, and stakeholders.
Provide strategic direction on product promotion and marketing activities.
Cross-functional team to drive strategics imperatives, including marketing, market access, and commercial operations.
Ongoing analysis of delivery partner KPI and service level metrics, regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.

Job Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Business Management, or related field
Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in Agri-Input sales/management
Good knowledge of agricultural input distribution and logistics.
Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned Zone.
Strong leadership and result-driven mindset.
